Vice President Harris is campaigning in Pennsylvania Wednesday afternoon and polls show Harris and her Republican rival in a tight race.
With the White House race just weeks away, Democratic candidates are spending more time in key swing states, especially “blue wall” states like Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. If they lose any of the three battleground states that have moved in the same direction in every presidential primary since 1992, it will be difficult for either candidate to win in November.
According to a polling index from Hill/Decision Desk HQ, Harris holds a narrow lead in the Keystone State over Republican candidate former President Trump, 48.6% to 48.3%.
The event, held in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania, is scheduled to begin at 3:40 PM EDT.
