But this proposal could get Democrats and progressives out there to vote for Harris, who has 99 days to prove to the nation that she, not Trump, deserves to be in the Oval Office.
The conservative-majority Supreme Court has issued opinions that have angered Democrats and liberals over the past two years, most notably the decision to overturn Roe v.
