This addition comes as a small but impactful update to the Warframe 1999 expansion pack. For those of you who don’t know, a major part of Warframe 1999 is getting to know the colorful cast of characters who fight against Techrot and Scaldra in a grunge-style suburban city. Starting off as a gruff stranger, this character can be taken under your wing and build strong friendships and even romantic relationships.

This kissing scene serves as a kind of climactic reward for those who have tried their best to take the romantic route with one of these characters, but a friendly alternative scene exists for those who want to keep things strictly professional. All jokes aside, this will be a nice little reward for those who have been playing the game over the New Year and farming the Cyte-9 blueprints, which never run out.
This is also a nice little bonus for players who are a little off the beaten path. Warframe 1999 isn’t the only example. Those who soloed the secret Scaldra tank using one of the featured Warframes (Mag, Excalibur, etc.) earned a special cosmetic item for their account and hangout. This, along with the new kissing scene, adds more depth to an already exciting update. If you haven’t tried the game yet, it’s worth checking out.
Personally, I recommend befriending everyone’s favorite British sniper Quincy, kissing him, and then throwing him headfirst into the Helminth for some sweet, sweet capture abilities. Quincy surely I really like it. You can even look like Quincy while you’re at it by purchasing the new Protoframe skin! Share a romantic story!
Meanwhile, while we’re all out here having a good time dragging people around and blowing up tanks, Hunhow is still alone out in the ocean. Where’s his New Year’s kiss? He’s just swimming and hitting the fish. Have you even thought about inviting me? him To celebrate the new year? Did you buy him pizza? no. Just goes to show you what a good friend you really are. The second dream was one that sprouted years ago and was forgotten in the fog.
