The Wallabies opened Joe Schmidt’s account with a two-match win over the opposition. Like the first Test, there were some good points and some bad points.
It remains to be seen whether the Wallabies will be fit and ready for the challenges of the Springboks and All Blacks after next week’s game against Georgia, but for now the least we can do is give all 23 a damning review of what transpired at AAMI Park.
If you’re new to this topic or just want a quick refresher, here’s what we’ll generally cover:
1. The team would have been better if he hadn’t played. It had a negative impact on the team’s performance. May father John Earls, have mercy on his soul.
2. Anonymous. Was he there?
3. I did some things that I expected as a player to do, but I did a lot of other things that weren’t that great.
4. In some sections it was passable, but in such an important match it fell short of the standard.
5. He performed his role without any noticeable incident.
6. Okay.
7. It’s actually pretty good.
8. Very good.
9. Excellent.
10. They are special. To call them man of the match would be an insult.
