Trent Alexander-Arnold turned Wembley Stadium into his own personal playground tonight as he unleashed an incredible pass to secure England a 2-0 win over Finland.
The Liverpool vice-captain set up Harry Kane’s first goal with a superb first-choice effort and contributed to Centurions’ second with an equally excellent pass at Wembley.
Between the two goals, the 25-year-old created another chance when he slid a perfect through ball inches past the visitors’ defence to Eberechi Eze, who ultimately squandered the opportunity with a loose first touch.
Trent finished the night with a team-high five key passes for England, completing four accurate long balls and an overall pass completion rate of 87% (SofaScore).
Finland will be delighted to face him again in the Natons League comeback match in just 33 days!
