Splitgate 2 ~is fast. The most dominant thought of the time spent sampling the new maps, weapons, loadouts, movement, abilities, etc. of the sequel. Despite the fact that it was literally thumping on my PC (my setup lacking it, not the game’s setup), everything was fast. I barely had time to consider my loadout, I just jumped into the match. Once the action started, everything became a blur, and after a few minutes it just stopped. Bullets were flying, people were pouring out of portals, and in about two minutes the first round was over, and before I could even comprehend the changes, it was over.
