Thiago Silva has big aspirations to return to Chelsea in the near future as he continues to earn his coaching badges.
But in the meantime, the former Chelsea defender returned to Cobham yesterday as part of the club’s annual Christmas celebrations. He has been spotted with many players as well as young academy kids.
This comes after he returned to Stamford Bridge and watched Chelsea beat Brentford on Sunday.
Some might say Silva is a Chelsea legend. To me, he’s a cult hero, but he’s one of the best cult heroes we’ve seen on The Bridge. I feel beyond belief how much he loves this club, and the feeling is mutual among the fan base. There is no doubt that this man is ‘Propa’ Chells!
Silva has played 100 more games for PSG than for Chelsea, but he seems to like our club more than any other club he has played for. The fact that he declared that he would return one day says it all.
His sons play at the academy, and one of them even represented Chelsea in the classics earlier this week!
After a week of negativity surrounding the Mykhailo Mudryk situation, this is definitely something we all want to see!
Welcome back, Thiago. See you again soon!
