Since the launch of CCDE exam topics, Cisco’s extensive community of subject matter experts and IT professionals has identified a comprehensive list of topics and skills required to design and deploy AI in Cisco solutions.
This learning path is the first step on that journey. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned expert, this is your opportunity to explore the world of AI and the fundamentals needed to deploy, migrate, and operate AI solutions on Cisco data center infrastructure.
We’ve released a preview of tracks 1 and 2, out of a total of 5 tracks, and are currently available on the Cisco U. Free tier.
Track 1: AI Fundamentals
This track is your gateway to understanding the fundamentals of AI. Explore the core concepts that define the AI environment, from machine learning algorithms to neural networks.
We examine the applications of AI and show how these technologies are transforming industries and solving real-world problems.

At the end of Track 1, you will test your hands-on skills using Jupyter Notebook, a fundamental tool for AI development.
Track 2: AI Infrastructure Requirements and Compliance
This track explores the essential components needed to build and manage AI workloads in a modern data center, with a focus on infrastructure as the backbone of AI solutions.
You will test strategies for designing a robust AI infrastructure that meets performance and scalability requirements.
We will also cover important policy and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and security management of AI systems. A design-focused lab concludes this track, leading to critical decisions to optimize Cisco for AI.
