Mumbai won their second Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy title on Sunday after defeating Madhya Pradesh by five wickets in the final.
The Shreyas Iyer-led side chased down the 175-run target with two overs remaining to register their second win in three years after the 2022 campaign.

Mumbai are now the fourth team to win the SMAT title twice. Tamil Nadu has won the tournament three times.
This was Mumbai’s second final at SMAT and they won both games. Madhya Pradesh lost its second final after reaching the final in 14 years.
