AC Milan aims to rise. UEFA Champions League Table On Tuesday it’s time for them to travel to Slovakia to face Slovan Bratislava.
Milan are weeks away from a 3-1 win over Real Madrid, their second win in four games in Europe. They are sixth on points and one of many teams in the top 24, but there is no doubt they will be keen to improve on their current 20th-place finish. They are still performing much better than Slovan, who are last in the league table with 0 points and a -13 goal difference.

Storyline
Inconsistency has plagued AC Milan all season, meaning their current four-game unbeaten run is itself complicated. That streak includes a 3-1 win over Real Madrid in the fourth leg of the Champions League and the last two games – a 3-3 draw against 15th-place Cagliari in Serie A and a 0-0 draw with Juventus at the weekend. Milan’s strength remains in attack, having scored in all but two of their games this season, but the biggest question is whether their attack can stop their leaky defence.
U.S. men’s national team standout Christian Pulisic remains Milan’s most reliable player in front of goal with seven goals and four assists this season, but the resurgence of Rafael Leo is a welcome boost. After a poor start to the season, he has now scored two goals and provided one assist in his last three games for Milan.
Expected Lineup
Slovan Bratislava: Takac, Blackman, Kashia, Bajric, Voet, Ihnatenko, Savvidis, Barseghyan, Tolic, Marcelli, Strelec
AC Milan: Mainan, Royal, Gabia, Thiau, Hernández, Fofana, Lijnders, Moussa, Pulisic, Leao, Morata.
prediction
AC Milan have their flaws, but considering the strength of their team compared to their opponents, Tuesday’s outing looks likely to be straightforward. Expect Milan to pull off a simple win to secure a spot in the next round. Select: Slovan Bratislava 0, AC Milan 3
