Sky Jackson She was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault after a fight with her boyfriend, but will not be charged because prosecutors say there is not enough evidence to bring a case to trial.
The LA County District Attorney’s Office tells TMZ that they are not pressing charges because Skye has no criminal record, the victim was not injured, and she has refused to cooperate with prosecutors.
TMZ broke the story. Arrest from Disney Channel … police said she was seen having sex with her boyfriend at Universal CityWalk last week.
Police were called to the scene at Citywalk, and security detained the couple after footage emerged of Skye shoving her boyfriend.
According to police, Skye and her boyfriend denied any physical contact despite the footage, and told police they were both happily engaged and expecting a child.
Sky was still arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, but was released just hours later.
