NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — SiriusXM today announced the launch of Avicii Radio, an exclusive channel dedicated to the late Swedish DJ, producer and songwriter Tim Bergling, better known as Avicii.
The channel, which launched on the Sirius app on May 23, was created in partnership with the Tim Bergling Foundation, which was started by his family following his untimely death in 2018.
The channel will celebrate Avicii’s career and his influence on global dance and electronic music, showcasing his music, including remixes and never-before-heard music from past live performances, as well as music from friends, colleagues and influences.
Artists set to appear on the channel alongside Avicii include Nicky Romero, Armin van Buuren, Laidback Luke, and frequent collaborator singer-songwriter Aloe Blacc, who will lend their voices to the channel’s launch of their joint track “Wake Me Up” .
