The Springboks clinched the Rugby Championship title in Eben Etzebeth’s 128th Test cap with a comfortable win over Argentina in Nelspruit.
A brace from Aphelele Fassi and Pieter-Steph du Toit, who set up Cheslin Kolbe’s first-half try, guided the Springboks to a bonus-point 48-7 win, with the world champions winning the Rugby Championship for the first time since 2019.
The stunning performance also earned him his 128th Test cap, breaking Etzebeth’s record.
