‘Modern Family’ star sued Richard KonigsbergHe served as her personal and professional manager for 15 years and claims to have helped her land her breakthrough role on the hit sitcom.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Richard says Sarah unceremoniously fired him last April, believing it was an attempt by Sarah to avoid paying him a 10% commission on several lucrative projects he helped land.
First, Richard says Sarah had a long-standing agreement to pay him 10% of all the money she earned during her time as manager. I fired him.
Richard said that when he was fired, Sarah would no longer receive commissions for ‘MF’ and would only receive 10% of the profits made for the theatrical production of ‘Little Shop of Horrors’.
Richard is chasing Sarah for damages. And he wants the court to declare that Sarah is obligated to pay him 10% of all the money he earned from projects he undertook while she was his manager.
We contacted Sarah’s camp. There has been no reply so far.
