Last week, rumors of a breakup between Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan left fans confused and desperately hoping, please, please, that it wasn’t true.
The couple have been dating since December after reportedly meeting at a fashion show last fall.
The pair went public with their relationship in February when they were spotted together at a Grammy Awards after-party, and have steadily grown closer since, with Barry performing with Sabrina at the Met Gala in May and appearing as her love interest in her “Please Please Please” music video in June.
On Friday, Instagram gossip blog Deuxmoi reported, citing anonymous sources, that the couple had “broken up.”
While Barry and Sabrina have not directly commented on the reports, Barry was spotted liking one of Sabrina’s Instagram posts, seemingly hinting that the rumors aren’t true.
But! Maybe not. Earlier today, a source told People that Sabrina and Barry’s relationship is generally “on-and-off.”
