Roma are reportedly looking for Las Palmas’ Mica Marmol as reinforcements in January.
The capital club are indeed prioritizing adding another centre-back.
As reported La Gazzetta dello SportThe 23-year-old from Las Palmas’ contract expires in June 2026 and he has no intention of renewing it.
The centre-back (who also plays left-back) has a release clause of €10 million, but Roma would like to offer seven immediately.
The Giallorossi are actually preparing to make their first bid for him.
The alternative would be to sign him next summer after the player has finished the season with the Canaries, while also focusing on signing him on loan.
Other clubs including Girona, Como and Real Betis are also interested.
Las Palmas is aiming to monetize as much as possible, considering that 50% of the transfer fee goes to Barcelona.
