Rising stars Waiting for Smith are back in full form with the release of their highly anticipated debut album. raised.
For fans of Tom Odell, Lewis Capaldi, and Ed Sheeran, the songwriter is definitely a new favorite with a heartfelt, guitar-driven film that makes his first full-length album a lovely listen.
The 10-track project has been a long time coming for the artist, who first released music on the streaming platform in 2017. His stock has risen in recent months as he completes a support tour with James Mcvey and Benedict Cork across the UK and Europe. Waiting For Smith will celebrate the album’s release at Les Etoiles in Paris on June 11th and London’s Courtyard Theater on June 13th.
Raised Up’s title track has already racked up over 500,000 streams across platforms, but that only scratches the surface of the story revealed to the world through the album. Opener ‘Let Light In’ is an easy early favorite with its spring-inspiring positivity, while ‘Feel Ya Flow’ is a rousing campfire anthem.
