If you’re looking for a new way to experience Quentin’s journey, I can’t recommend the original novels enough. This hardcover box set includes the entire trilogy (The Magician, The Magician King, and The Magician’s Land) and a stylish slipcase. This is one of the lowest prices we’ve seen for this set in 2024, and it’s a great time to finally read the material that inspired the popular show.
The paperback box set is also available at a slightly reduced price of $38 (down from $54). Like the hardcover set above, this paperback edition comes with all three books and a slipcase for storage, but the hardcover edition is only $5 more, making it a much better deal.
If you’re a diehard fan, you’ll also want to check out The Magicians graphic novels. These graphic novels are a great way to dive back into the magical world after reading the books or binge-watching the TV series, as they tell a unique new story set in the same world as the novels. Alice’s Story is a great place to start, as it follows the eponymous character after she graduates from Brakebills College for Magical Pedagogy.
After you’ve finished reading Alice’s story, there are five more graphic novels to enjoy, available individually or as a bundle with The Magicians: New Class.
