Pace bowlers Naseem Shah and Mir Hamza bowled Bangladesh A for 122 runs on the first day of a four-day first-class match on Tuesday.
Pakistan will play nine Test matches during the season, while Bangladesh will also play two WTC Test matches in Rawalpindi on Monday.
After the start of the game was delayed due to dampness in the outfield, Pakistan Shaheen captain Saud Shakeel put Naseem and Hamza in the batting order, but the visiting Bangladesh A batsmen were unable to deal with Naseem and Hamza.
