England international Ollie Lawrence hinted Bath fans will see him in blue, black and white after the end of the season when asked about his future during the club’s media session on Friday.
The 25-year-old is in talks with the club over a new contract. Whistler Confidential A gossip column recently suggested a new two-year deal is on the table with an option for a further year at the top.
Lawrence has been outstanding for Bath this season, scoring four tries in eight Premier League games to help the club climb to the top of the league ahead of this weekend’s clash with Northampton.
He has also become a regular in England’s midfield and there will be no shortage of alternative offers if needed.
But the former Worcester man seems content with where he is. He said: “I’m enjoying my time at Bath. Personally, I don’t think I can move to another club at the moment. That’s all I can say at the moment.”
