Well, it’s not that people don’t have cards to choose from… the existing $2000 price doesn’t take away from the $1000 5080 or any other card in that price range. Now value must be determined by the consumer. If it doesn’t sell (which is unlikely), Nvidia will have to adjust next time…different consumers have different price points. The only reason I won’t buy AMD is because they haven’t bought into acceptable levels of ray tracing. I bought a 4070ti super this summer. Because that’s what I need in my price range.
Even after reading it, my point remains the same. If $2000 is too much, it won’t sell.
