NL WEST’s offseason grade: Can any team follow the Dodgers?

Everyone is angry with the Dodgers, but in reality it may have been a bit.

Los Angeles has won the NL West every year since the 2013 season. Giant, Padres, D -bag and Loki fans are already frustrated in the middle of the evil empire. And if this winter is a sign, the future of the department looks very similar to the past.
