A popular Nigerian musician and an innocent ID, known as 2BABA or TUFACE, announced a separation from his wife, Annie ID.
One of Nigeria’s largest celebrity couples, Annie and TuFace, married in 2012 and had two daughters.
In an article on Instagram, the Queen African queen was separated for a while and took action toward divorce.
This post was deleted later, but 2baba released a video to see if the contents were correct.
The singer is one of the pioneers of the popular Nigerian music scenes around the world, and has opened a way for musicians such as Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy.
The couple had a star studded wedding in 2013, and the event was widely followed in Nigeria despite being held in Dubai.
Star announced in 2014 that he had changed his name to 2BABA, but it is still widely known as Tuface.
The news of the separation was overcoming the previous problem and one of the longest -lasting celebrity couples in Nigeria shocked fans and praise throughout the continent.
Former Plantashun Boyz member added that he plans to hold a press conference to provide more details and is trying to share his own perspectives with supporters and music lovers around the world.
“I and Annie Macauley have been separated for a while and applied for divorce,” he said in the Instagram post.
In a bizarre twist, the post was deleted a few minutes later and said that another account was hacked.
But 2baba confirmed his initial posts about separation of live with his Instagram account.
“Nobody hacked my account. I said what I said. I come peacefully,” he said in the video.
The couple also broke down the ties of social media and supported the statement on the division of the actor without following each other on each platform.
In his most popular song, African Queen’s video, Annie played his love of love, and their relationship is considered to blossom there.
