Hochman defeated incumbent congressman George Gascon Ballot Box tells TMZ. menendez brothers‘The resentencing case will arrive on his desk on his first day as DA, and on December 2 he will begin in earnest, reviewing documents and speaking with all parties involved.
Gascon recommended resentencing, but Hochman said he needed to review the case and the law before making a decision. But time is of the essence, with a resentencing hearing scheduled for Dec. 11. We need to give Hochman a little more time. A week to work together.
