Just a day after the show was pulled from the air due to network concerns that a guest might make inappropriate comments about an assassination attempt on Donald Trump, Morning Joe We’re back with a guest who suggests that the Republican candidate may have been motivated by the fact that he “wasn’t conservative enough.”
Guest NBC News national law enforcement and intelligence correspondent Tom Winter warned viewers that the motive for the shooting may never be known. He then jumped headfirst into wild conspiracy theories, speculating on motives.
“I want to warn people that they may never know why this guy was up on the roof that day,” Winter said. “I also want to warn people that people think they’re against Donald Trump because this guy doesn’t like them. Their views are on the other side of the political spectrum.”
“Is it possible that Donald Trump – and there’s a little bit of a theory about law enforcement – Donald Trump wasn’t conservative enough for this individual?”

‘Morning Joe’ Invites Guest Who Suggested Trump Shooter Was a Far-Right Conservative
Let’s keep this in mind for a moment.
Winter, one of the first guests to appear on “Morning Joe” after MSNBC worried that they would bring in guests who would say stupid things on the show, wants the shooter to think that way. originally He was a conservative who wanted Trump dead so Biden’s opponent would be even more far-right.
To agree with this, Trump would have to believe that he is not considered conservative enough, despite years of constant slamming by the media and President Biden as a “far-right MAGA extremist.”
The perpetrator is close to the far right, but one could also assume he believed Biden was a better choice.
Winter appears to have based his assessment solely on the fact that the shooter was a registered Republican, which he offers no explanation for.
It also ignores the fact that the shooter donated to ActBlue, and a small amount of that to the Progressive Turnout Project.
Sorry, but far-right conservatives don’t donate to Act Blue.

Joe Scarborough is upset that his show has been cancelled
MSNBC took it Morning Joe Monday’s broadcast was interrupted by concerns that one of the guests might make “inappropriate” comments about former President Trump narrowly surviving an assassination attempt.
A source claimed the decision to axe the show was made “to avoid a situation where one of the show’s 20-plus guests made an inappropriate comment on live TV that could be used to attack the show and the network as a whole.”
Winter’s comments seem to suggest that their intuition was correct.
Hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski reportedly agreed to cancel the show, but the pair spent much of Tuesday complaining about the decision as a blow to their careers and threatening to quit if it happened again.
“We’re very disappointed,” Scarborough said, suggesting he and Mika “will have a seat at the table” the next time they need to cover a major news event. Morning Joe If you don’t deal with it, your network may get “someone else”.
