More than 7 million people tuned in to watch Vice President Harris’ interview with Fox News anchor Brett Baier, according to Nielsen Media Research data.
The less than 30 minutes between the anchor and the Democratic presidential candidate drew 7.1 million viewers for the cable channel’s highest-rated cable channel, including 882,000 in the 25- to 54-year-old demographic coveted by advertisers.
Fox aired both presidential candidates on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with former President Trump’s town hall meeting focused on women’s issues.
The sit-down between Baier and Harris was considered a pivotal moment for her campaign just weeks before Election Day.
During the conversation, Bayer peppered Harris with questions about her immigration record, how she would differ from President Biden if elected, and several other key issues.
