LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Spirit Music Group (Spirit) announces the following appointments: Lu Al Chama He served as EVP (Executive Vice President) of A&R. He will bring his extensive industry experience to the company’s Los Angeles office and report directly to the following departments: frank rogersSpirit’s Chief Creative Officer. Al-Chamaa will play a pivotal role in recruiting and developing new talent, including artists, songwriters and producers.

Al-Chama’s impressive career includes his most recent position as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of A&R and Publishing at AVEX USA. He played a key role in restructuring the company’s A&R and creative divisions during his time there. He facilitated key signings such as Afrobeat stars. Prior to his successful tenure at AVEX USA, Al-Chamaa spent six years as Vice President of A&R at Sony Music Publishing.
