“Before LINKIN PARK, our first band was called Xero. The title of this album represents both those humble beginnings and the journey we are on now. It’s about the past, present and future, both sonically and emotionally. It embraces our signature sound but feels fresh and vibrant. It’s made with a deep appreciation for our new bandmates, old bandmates, friends, family and fans. We are proud of what LINKIN PARK has accomplished over the past few years and are excited for the journey ahead,” said Shinoda.
“The more we worked with Emily and Colin, the more we enjoyed their world-class talent, their company, and what they had created. We’re really energized by the vibrant, energetic new music we’ve created with this new lineup. We’re weaving together the sonic touchpoints we’re known for, while still exploring new ones,” he added.
