Astana, Kazakhstan, January 27. Kazakhstan has surpassed its neighbors among Central Asian countries in logistics infrastructure efficiency and customs procedures and has become a leader in the trend report with the Logistics Performance Index (LPI).
According to the Logistics Performance Index (LPI), the results among Central Asian countries are: Kazakhstan – 95th out of 139 countries (2.7 points); Uzbekistan – 107th place (2.6 points); Tajikistan – 124th place (2.5 points); Kyrgyzstan – 133rd place (2.3 points). Russia ranks 107th with the same overall score as Uzbekistan – 2.6.
Leader of the rankings was Singapore, with an overall top score of 4.3, demonstrating top performance across almost all criteria. At the bottom of the list are Afghanistan and Libya, with a score of 1.9, reflecting the low efficiency of their logistics infrastructure and customs procedures.
