Justin Baldoniwho directed and starred in the summer hit “With Us, It Ends,” takes a moment to thank fans for helping preserve the film’s message amid reports of discord.
Meet Justin in New York, who would like to offer a warm thank you to those who came to the cinema this summer and supported the romantic drama that tells the story of a domestic violence survivor.
He said, “I just want to say thank you to all my fans. Thank you to everyone. Thank you for watching this movie, for supporting us, for supporting the survivors, for helping us make sure the message doesn’t get lost. Thank you so much.”
As TMZ previously reported, the debut of “It Ends With Us” was nearly derailed after reports spread of a possible feud between Justin and the film’s producer/co-star. Blake Lively.
As a source told TMZ at the time… Blake I felt fat. During production, Justin felt uncomfortable during the kissing scene he filmed for the film.
But another source defended Justin. It was pointed out that the show does not have a clear villain and that the two simply clashed over creative differences.
Despite this, both Justin and Blake seemed to have their backs. Neither of them has commented publicly on the drama.
In fact, when asked for an update on how everyone is doing now, Justin decided not to respond to our photos and instead plugged the movie’s arrival on Netflix.
I see what you did there, Justin.
