Manoa was moved from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day list. He had surgery in June to repair a sprained ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow and is not expected to return until midway through the 2025 season.
The Jays announced the move just hours before the start of a seven-game home series against the Cincinnati Reds on Monday night.
