India will play five Tests, three ODIs and eight T20Is against Bangladesh, New Zealand and England during the 2024-25 home season.
The season begins with a two-match Test series against Bangladesh on September 19. Chennai is scheduled to host the first Test while Kanpur is scheduled to host the second Test from September 27. This will be Bangladesh’s third Test tour of India. They played a one-off Test in 2017 and a two-match series in 2019.
After the Test series, Bangladesh will also play three T20Is in Dharamsala, Delhi and Hyderabad.
New Zealand will be the next visitors in the three-match Test series starting October 16 in Bengaluru. Pune and Mumbai are scheduled to host the second and third Tests respectively.
Just before the 2025 Champions Trophy, England are scheduled to tour five T20Is and three ODIs. They visited India earlier this year for a five-match Test series, which the hosts won 4-1.
