The U.N.’s top court ordered Israel to immediately halt its offensive against Rafah and open its borders to allow aid to flow freely into Gaza and provide unimpeded access for investigators into alleged Palestinian genocide. Israel said it was exercising its right to defend itself and that the charges of genocide were absurd.
