Anderson’s Prelude to Dune trilogy, Boom Studios’ graphic novel series launched in 2021 and will soon conclude with a final story arc centered around House Corrino. Prelude to the Dune Graphic Novel Trilogy
The Dune trilogy begins with House Atreides and continues with House Harkonnen. Each of these two arcs is divided into three volumes, all of which are available on Amazon in hardcover. House Corrino is the shortest of the three adaptations, at two volumes. The series follows directly into Frank Herbert’s original Dune novels, so if you want to learn more about the backgrounds of the major houses featured in the films, the graphic novel series is a must-read, especially since it was adapted by the original author.
Of course, if you’re new to Prelude to Dune, it’s probably a good idea to read the original novels first. House Atreides and House Harkonnen are both over 750 pages long, while House Corrino is just under 700 pages, so you’ll need to invest more time into them.
