Developer Unbroken Games released the first gameplay video for the Harry Potter Quidditch video game this week, featuring familiar faces like Ron Weasley and Draco Malfoy, as well as a glimpse at several stadiums, including the Quidditch World Cup stadium.
Quidditch enthusiasts can also create their own young wizard. Unbroken Games Harry Potter: Quidditch Champion In the video above, the character creator highlights options for things like a house, clothes, and a broom. Publisher WB Games says there are “no current plans to introduce microtransactions in the game,” meaning what you see is what you get, forever.
Harry Potter: Quidditch Champion It launches digitally on September 3rd for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. A physical Deluxe Edition will be available on November 8th for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. A Nintendo Switch version is also coming, WB Games says, and is slated for release this holiday season.
For PlayStation Plus subscribers: Harry Potter: Quidditch Champion (and the Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin) will be available as part of the September 2024 downloadable games. If you have an active PS Plus membership at any tier, you can keep the game from September 3-30.
