The epic sci-fi battles of the Halo video game series are coming to official tabletop form in the upcoming Halo: Flashpoint. The skirmish game has players team up as Halo Spartans or Banished Elites to engage in tactical turn-based combat. Spartan and Elite minis and 3D plastic arena accessories come unpainted like other mini-based tabletop games. The cardboard terrain elements are full color but require some assembly before play.
The Halo: Flashpoint Spartan Edition box can also be purchased from the official site for 100 euros (equivalent to $110), but buying it from Amazon is still likely the better option for now. You can get free shipping from Amazon, but shipping costs vary depending on the manufacturer’s location.
You can also start playing much faster. Flashpoint is in such high demand that any pre-orders placed on the site after October 1st will be classified as Wave 2 and will not ship until March 2025. However, your Amazon order is currently scheduled to ship on October 25th. Not so with Halo: Flashpoint. There’s no exact release date, but it’s not expected to be released until November 2024. If you use Amazon Prime, you’ll receive the game a few days before November begins.
