Glamorgan have sacked coach Grant Bradburn following allegations of inappropriate behavior towards the New Zealand player.
Wales County referred Bradburn to the independent cricket regulator following the allegations and the 58-year-old was subsequently charged with misconduct.
“We are confident that a fair and transparent process was followed in this case,” Glamorgan’s statement said.
“Glamorgan Cricket has a zero-tolerance policy towards discriminatory behavior of any kind.
“Having completed our own internal investigation, it has become clear that Mr Bradburn’s position is indefensible and the club is now providing appropriate support to those affected.”
Club chairman Mark Rhydderch-Roberts added: “At Glamorgan Cricket, the welfare of our staff is our top priority and we are providing support to those affected.
“We are incredibly proud of our track record of ensuring that everyone involved in the club feels respected, included and treated fairly.”
Hamilton-born Bradburn was an off-spinner who played seven Test matches and 11 international caps for New Zealand between 1990 and 2001.
Bradburn coached the Northern Districts and New Zealand Under-19 teams in his home country before being appointed Scotland manager in 2014.
He coached Scotland to a historic first win over England in ODIs in 2017 and had a brief spell as Pakistan coach in 2023 before joining Glamorgan on a three-year deal last January.
Bradburn led Glamorgan to One-Day Cup success in September and a fifth-place finish in the second tier of the Vitality County Championship.
