Raven Software claims Microsoft and Activision are engaging in “malicious negotiations.”
Raven Software’s established union has filed a formal complaint with the National Labor Relations Board, alleging that Microsoft and Activision are engaging in “malicious negotiations” as all parties work toward a new studio deal.
Raven Software’s union, formed in 2022, is currently working to reach its first collective bargaining agreement. Microsoft and Activision. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is believed to seek greater workplace protections for employees.

While there were no obstacles to unionization, there are claims that other obstacles are preventing future progress in contract negotiations. Raven has been involved in several contract discussions with Microsoft and Activision executives since the union was formed, and says little has changed.
