Noir has been given a new mission. He heard someone was tampering with local basketball equipment. He doesn’t know how or why he does it, and he certainly doesn’t know who is doing it. It’s up to you to investigate this case and find out the truth!

Investigation of location of damaged basketball equipment | fortnite
After talking to Noir in Seaport City, you begin the task “Investigation of Tampered Basketball Equipment.”. This is the first part of “Case #29 Sporty Smuggler” that will be available during Winterfest 2024.
Noir is located on the top floor of a tall white and blue building in the center of Seaport City.
Once you arrive at the building, Find Noir and talk to him to accept the quest. Be quick, though, as other players will want to camp near the area to eliminate anyone trying to do Noir’s quest. It’s currently a hotspot so be careful.
now, There are currently three locations on the Fortnite island to investigate for tampered basketball equipment. You can visit these locations in any order you like and they are all located near the POI. Let’s take a look at each!

The first place we will go is Foxy Floodgate.So let me use it to explain the entire research process.
you should get to A basketball court located on the lower level of the water gate; It’s just outside the entrance to the complex.
Once you get there, you’ll notice that there’s a glowing piece of paper under one of the rings. As you get closer, the screen turns black and white to let you know this is the right spot. Examine the paper sheet under the hook to find the receipt and mark this location as complete.
This is the same process that must be done for all three tampered basketball equipment locations. Thankfully it’s very simple!
Hopefull Heights
The basketball court here is located at the southernmost tip of Hopeful Heights.
Search under the south ring to find a receipt.
Masked Meadows
Lastly, at least if you followed our orders, Basketball court at Masked Meadows.

Well, here it is! Now you know the exact location of all the tampered basketball gear you need to investigate in Fortnite. Once you have all the receipts, you can head to the Masked Meadows and talk to Santa Shaq to continue your quest. Then return to Noir in Seaport City to complete the quest.
