Eva Longoria With the help of a billionaire, a seven-figure donation is being made to help those affected by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.
The actress and her foundation have pledged to donate $1 million to help wildfire victims, with the money coming from $50 million. Jeff Bezos She received the Courage and Courtesy Award.
Eva received the award last March and will be able to use the funds for charity work over the next 10 years. So she’s already putting that money to good use.
Eva’s donations include: Julian Castro‘s Latino Community Foundation and the California Community Foundation…and these funds will help with the immediate and long-term needs of those who lost everything in the LA fires.
The Palisades and Eaton fires displaced thousands of families. More than 12,000 structures around Los Angeles were destroyed. And people need all the help they can get right now.
Other celebrities donating to relief efforts include: beyonce, paris hilton, Anthony Davis and Jason Oppenheim …just to mention a few.
