Jake Lantner works as an applications engineer for encoder technology within Novanta’s Robotics and Automation division. In this role for two years, he specializes in component integration for unique and challenging applications. Jake holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire. In my free time, I enjoy motorsports, mountain biking and snowboarding.
