Welcome to Pinnacle Partners! We are excited to introduce a groundbreaking feature to the Broadcom Insights portal that will give you control over your Partner Profile List. This new feature will allow Pinnacle Cloud Service Providers in the Broadcom Advantage Partner Program to create and edit their own lists, effectively differentiating their business and attracting the right customers.
What is the PARTNER INSIGHTS list?
Previously, VMware hosted a Cloud Service Provider Partner Directory to help customers find the perfect partner based on filters and partner services, and now we have moved this valuable resource to a new home at https://expert.broadcom.com/cloud_svcs. The PARTNER INSIGHTS Directory serves as a customer-centric directory designed to help prospects find the ideal partner. By providing a detailed profile, Cloud Service Providers like you can highlight your unique strengths and services.
How do I access it?
To start editing your list, you will need an OKTA account for security authentication. Follow these steps:
Create an OKTA account
Request admin access to the portal list
- After setting up your OKTA account, submit your details using this method. form.
- You will be manually added as an administrator to your supplier list within a few days. memo: You will not be able to log in until this step is completed and linked to your account. Please use only your company email on this form.
Edit list
Once you have completed both steps above, you are ready to log in to Partner INSIGHTS.
memo: If your supplier is not listed, please contact us. (email protected) Then we’ll create a list of skeletons for you to fill in.
log in
- Access the portal using your OKTA credentials at https://expert.broadcom.com/cloud_svcs.
Select a provider
- There should be only one provider listed (yours). Click on the “…” next to it and select “Edit”.
Navigate the tabs and edit information.
Supplier Profile Tab
- All publicly displayed provider information is included. Please review each subtab to ensure all information is correct, and remember important information such as ‘Contact Information’ so that customers can contact you. Also, make sure the ‘Cloud Model’ tab refers to VMware in the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation solution and not to any other options. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
Supplier Contact Tab
- You can add more users (staff) who can make changes. Make sure you have an OKTA login. If you already have a list but can’t edit it, please contact (email protected) to update it. You must have an account here to start editing and add other accounts.
Events tab
- Create any event you have scheduled here. This event will appear in the “Events” section of your public page list and can be created up to 30 days before the event.
Save changes and review process
After updating all the information within these tabs (making sure all required fields are filled in), click “Save Changes.” This action will trigger a status change for the content, requiring administrator review.
Supervisor Review
Broadcom administrators are notified of pending changes and can approve them or provide feedback directly via email. Edits will not be visible to your public profile until they are approved.
