When DOOM: The Dark Ages launches, it won’t be exclusive to the Xbox Series X|S console. According to an insider, DOOM: The Dark Ages will also be released on PlayStation 5 (PS5).
Nate the Hate said the game would be multiplatform. He specifically mentioned PS5 as another platform for the game, but made no mention of the last-gen Xbox One or PlayStation 4.
DOOM: The Dark Ages is scheduled to be released on June 9th at the Xbox Games Showcase. The game has been in development for four years and will be set in a “medieval-inspired” world. Before receiving its official name, the game was known as “Year Zero”.
