Even in the New Year, men still argue, spill tea (or ‘milk’) and behave wildly on the microphone.
Drake’s number one fan and biggest hypeman, DJ Akademiks, took to his live stream channel to talk about the rapper’s friendship with NBA star LeBron James. According to the dirty joker, the former friends would often sleep with women in Drake’s hometown of Toronto. Well, that would be par for the course for famous men, except for one small detail: LeBron’s image as the happily married, perfect family man.
Akademiks took to the net to defend Drake amid reactions to “Fighting Irish Freestyle” leaked online, leading to speculation that the “Nothing Was The Same” rapper was throwing a gun at the Lakers player. Apparently, the powerful mouths of the Internet decided to share what they heard about Drake and Lebron’s affinity for finding snow bunnies together.
“Let me tell you what I heard. “LeBron, you and Drake used to date two guys,” he claimed. “You were cheating on your fucking wife and Drake helped you do it.”
He continued,
“You can’t dance to the tune that he’s a pedophile. He used to supply you bitches. “You’ve been living a lie and everyone thinks you’re perfect.”

May we all find someone who will love and protect us like Academiks does for Aubrey Graham. Drake has yet to confirm or deny who his “Fighting Irish” lyrics are about, but many have pointed out that Lebron’s high school basketball team often used the nickname.

Only time will tell if the two will shake hands and reconcile, but for now, it looks like Drake isn’t letting bygones be bygones since his battle royal with Kendrick Lamar last year. He clearly recorded who switched sides.
