I’m having a problem with my MacBook Air. When you open the device after a long period of inactivity, the screen starts to flicker and eventually goes blank. However, the device itself remains on. The keyboard backlight will remain on and audio (such as music or video) will continue to play, indicating that it is not in sleep mode.
This problem often resolves as soon as you start using the laptop or plug it in, allowing the device to warm up slightly.
Does anyone have any insight into how I can prevent this or what’s causing the problem?
Thanks in advance for your help!
