In documents obtained by TMZ, Courtney is using “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split… and she doesn’t reveal a date for their separation.
Courtney and Brandon have one minor child together and a 12-year-old son. Leo …and she wants joint legal and physical custody.
Courtney is seeking spousal support and checked the box terminating the court’s authority to award spousal support to Brandon.
The estranged Hollywood couple first connected in 2007 at El Capitan Ranch in Santa Barbara. They dated for three years before he popped the question in 2006 and have been together for well over 20 years.
Brandon is best known for playing Superman on the big screen, but Courtney’s other acting credits include TV shows like “True Blood,” “Parenthood” and “Supernatural.”
