“We understand that everyone did not have the experience they had hoped for at our most recent event held at the Harmony Club on Sunday, and we sincerely apologize for this,” they said in a statement. “Our intention was to provide a magical evening, but we recognize that organizational issues affected the enjoyment of some guests. We take full responsibility for these shortcomings.”
