Trent Alexander-Arnold’s name has been repeatedly linked with Real Madrid and this will not change as his contract continues to expire. This is something David Beckham has a lot of experience with.
After moving to the Spanish giants as a boy in 2003, the 49-year-old shared his thoughts on our No.66.
In an interview with former England captain Rio Ferdinand, he said: “If there’s one player I’ve seen who I think is very similar in the way he delivers the ball, the way he passes the ball and the way he passes it, it’s Trent (Alexander-Arnold).
“His vision is incredible. And he’s an outstanding player. But when I watch a player, I think I see myself in the way he puts the ball in, what he sees, the long ball he plays.
“He has a ball that some players don’t even think about and that’s why I like him as a player.”
David Beckham spent four years at Real Madrid.
