Dan Bilzerian A luxurious adult playground is up for sale… TMZ has learned that the professional poker player is putting his Las Vegas home on the market for a whopping price.
The poker pro and businessman has put his 7 bedroom, 12.5 bath property on the market and is hoping to fetch $25 million from potential buyers. The story behind the property justifies the exorbitant asking price. The home boasts over 38,000 square feet of living space and sits on 5 acres of land. Not to mention, there’s a massive 16-car garage.
The amenities are impressive, and the listing describes the home as being on a “unique” lot.
Frank Naples IIBerkshire Hathaway Home Services Nevada Properties owns the property and told TMZ, “I’ve never seen anything like this in 25 years in real estate. The cost to build it was well over $20 million when it was built. Since Dan bought it, he’s invested millions of dollars to further improve the property. The quality of construction and finishes is the best I’ve ever seen, using materials imported from all over the world.”
Additionally, the mansion features a variety of recreational amenities including a state-of-the-art golf simulator, rock climbing wall, foam pit, lounge, baseball/paintball fields, gymnasium, roller hockey rink, padded gymnastics area, and Jiu-Jitsu room.
As Frank said… Dan’s property is his “dream home” but DB is buying properties in Bali and Dubai so he decided to sell. According to the real estate agent, Dan is not planning to have permanent residency in the US anymore.
His home bet is likely to be a jackpot for someone else!!!
