Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix revealed Monday that he played part of his rookie season with a fractured transverse process in his back.
While players were cleaning out their lockers after the Broncos’ 31-7 wild-card playoff loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Nicks spoke to reporters Monday and revealed that he suffered the injury in the first half of a game against Las Vegas on Nov. 24. He said. Vegas Raiders.
The transverse processes are small bones that protrude from either side of the spine.
“Yeah, I had a little bit of a twist, three process cracks, a lot of guys played around with a lot of that type of stuff,” Nix said.
Nix passed for two second-half touchdowns against the Raiders, leading to a 29-19 Broncos win.
He said he received treatment next week as the Broncos prepare to play the Cleveland Browns in a home game Monday night. Luckily for Nix and Denver, the team said goodbye.
